Business Planning - Management And Training Statements

One of the most important parts of any businesses is the management, the command and control if you will. This should be evident in your business plan as well. Below is a sample of a Management and a Training Statement for a business plan. This example will help you in your first rough draft of the business plan.

You can add too your rough draft later, as you need to, but you need to state the tone and purpose of management in you new company and it is paramount that you do so at the earliest possible date, please read this sample:

MANAGEMENT

Charles Shooster Ph.D. will be the President and CEO of this company and will hire outside consultants to help with setting up a Tele-Sales team, web-site team, Fulfillment and processing team. Charles will work to insure proper professional relations with all vendors of the company and will be the company’s sole employee. Charles is a battle-hardened entrepreneur who knows the ropes and reality of the business world. He refuses to work with anyone who cannot cut the mustard and expects excellence in those he associates.

Training

The training of the Tele-Sales force will be done by an outside consultant entrepreneur and a Voice Specialist. The Entrepreneur will assist the Voice Specialist in setting up the Tele-sales training system, mentoring program and motivational sales program. While the Voice Specialist will help modify the sales pitch, and teach the sales people skills in voice communication, which they will be glad to have due to the fact we hire mostly actors who are trying to break into Hollywood.

We will hire the labor and sales people as Independent Contractors to avoid all the crazy rules and regulations with regards to employees, simplifying our business model to maximize profits. We wish to pay a nominal up-front signing bonus and keep the pay as a reward for success thru fair commission base compensation.

From here we can add in resumes and additional information as needed, but it provides a basis and a place holder for the heading as we work thru the planning process. I hope you will consider this when you prepare a quality business plan for your next entrepreneurial endeavor. Sincerely, Lance.
