Meet 2 People Everyday To Build A Home Based Business

Residual Income - Would you like the personal freedom of choice that networking can provide by having your own home based business? Do you really want the ability to work from your own home and earn the level of residual income you desire? If so, read on and I will share a secret taught by the few true Masters of this industry. It may seem incredibly simplistic at first. And let me apologize up front if I can’t find just the right words to have everyone understand this message. I will do my best.

Meet two people everyday and you can build a long term residual income in your very own home based business! That’s it! Can you do that? Everybody can. Remember, anyone can be successful in networking if you are willing to roll up your sleeves and go to work. It doesn’t matter from where we begin; networking provides everybody with an equal opportunity to achieve financial independence. This is the magic of our industry. We all know the “rags to riches” stories that abound. They are real and the opportunity is also very real. So how can meeting two people everyday lead to financial freedom and a residual income? It’s really quite simple. Master’s secrets usually are! I didn’t say recruit two people. I didn’t say prospect two people. I didn’t say approach two people with any intention at all. I simply said meet two people.

You see, you know when you are lying. That’s a little harsh, but it’s true. If you meet someone and automatically begin thinking “this person would be a great distributor,” you are entering the relationship with your own personal outcome attached to it. Being successful in your own home based business and earning a residual income means putting aside your agenda. If the next person you meet becomes your idea of the source of your financial freedom, they won’t. If you know you are lying, they will also know. Think about it. Reverse the scenario. If someone approaches you and appears genuinely interested in you, only for you to find out that they were “prospecting” you, how would you feel about their sincerity? Oh, sure it’s a wonderful opportunity we have to offer and if they could only see what you see. But do you catch the point? You are married to the outcome of their decision. You have created a vested interest in that decision. This attitude will become very difficult to maintain because it will fail more often than not and won’t allow you to have success at building your long term residual income and having freedom. Serve other’s first is our team’s motto.

Developing a successful residual income - What if you really don’t marry yourself to any outcome at all except making a friend in your new home based business? Ponder that for a moment. If, down the road they choose not to be part of your network, what have you got? A friend! It’s a win-win scenario. Friends make us wealthy beyond mere riches. Friends add to our lives whether they are involved in our network or not. See the truth? People are most unique and wonderful. New friends enrich our lives with their own experiences. Yes, of course it would be nice to have them in a home based business developing a residual income for their benefit, not ours. However, if we have a preconceived desire or outcome attached to our friendships, we close the door to so many potential experiences. In our industry, we have the chance to have friends from all around the world and every different culture! It’s really quite wonderful!

Now, if you attempted to make 730 new friends in this coming year, (two a day) and only a small percentage see what you see, what would happen? You would make many, many new friends and some of those friends would be on the road to financial freedom in their own home based business with a long term residual income with you. Imagine all the new friends they would be making!

Now, don’t get me wrong. I am not saying don’t prospect in your home based business because we do want to team up with people and help them achieve their own long term residual income. What I am saying is understand that all you can control is your own message when you do. Don’t marry the outcome; marry the message! Make a real friend as best you can, show the person that you sincerely want this to be a win-win situation for both of you. If what you have is not for them, fine! Allow them their choice and be happy about it. No pressure. Like the song said “Don’t worry, be happy.”

What you can control is the quality of how you share your story in your home based business. That’s up to you. Like a professional athlete or a great actor, you can practice the way you deliver the message. Study those that do it well. Listen carefully to how they share their message. Notice how they are not tied to an outcome. Notice how many times it may sound similar, as they are comfortable in its delivery. Learn what works for you, what comes from your heart in a sincere way. Develop that unique way of sharing what you believe in so passionately and you can build a residual income. This you can control.

After you have been making two friends a day for a while, many more will listen to your story because they sense you are not tied to the outcome, their decision, one way or the other. With the pressure relieved, you will be much more at ease with your own beliefs and the person won’t feel threatened in any way. It is then a true win-win scenario and you will make many, many new friends along the way! In my books, that means, “Happy, Wealthy and Wise”
