Maximum Productivity Truly Begins With Developing Loyal Customers

Productivity truly begins with that first touch between your employee A.K.A. internal customer and the customer A.K.A. external customer. For when your employees interact with the intention of making every customer contact the very best that it can be, your business will see more customers. More customers translate into more business. More business means greater profitability productivity by your employees.

Conversely, the opposite is equally true. If that first contact with your external customers is bad, then that customer will be more inclined not to come back. Non-returning customers means less sales and therefore less profitable productivity by your employees.

Gas Up Your Team Building

Team building is inherent within all businesses even the single office home office. People do more working together than working separately. We know this from the efforts of horses when harnessed together pull more collectively than separately.

However, people like horses get tired. They lose motivation, focus and direction. The time is now to G.A.S. up your teams to truly have them become exceptional in their job performance.

Start first with goals. Robert Heinlein once stated that In the absence of clearly defined goals, we become strangely loyal to performing daily trivia until ultimately we become enslaved by it.

How To Get More Clients For Your Service Business

As an online business coach, I have helped many service business professionals market their services online and get more customers online. When we just start working together, many of my clients tell me that they can’t get any service clients online. This is because they usually promote their services by advertising them on online message boards and rarely get any qualified leads from these ads.

Why does this happen? This happens because your service is a high-ticket item. Because of the high price not too many people would buy it when they hear about it for the first time on a message board. Because a service costs a lot of money and requires some commitment on the customer’s part, it has a longer sales cycle then a product.

Productivity Equals Applied Knowledge

Productivity is the output of human capital whether those actions are direct or indirect. So how can achieve maximum productivity from your employees or your greatest asset your human capital.

For years, the statement Knowledge is power has been uttered from young school age students to adults. This statement creates a belief false belief statement that knowledge and knowledge alone is all powerful.

Yet, knowledge is not the greatest power. Applied knowledge is where true power rests. And applied knowledge therefore equals productivity. How well we apply that knowledge may increase individual productivity or employee productivity. The application of knowledge will take you from where you are now to where you want to be.

G.a.s. Up Your Strategic Plan

Many companies have strategic plans and even business plans. However, some of these very same companies fail to execute these well documented and usually very expensive plans.

If your business is one of these companies, maybe it is time to add some high octane G.A.S. to your plan. So what is G.A.S?

Simply speaking, G.A.S. stands for Goals, Attitudes and Skills.

Goals
During the last 10 years as I have worked with small business owners to multi-billion dollar organizations, I have observed that most people set goals, but far fewer achieve them. Goal Setting 101 is not part of the educational process, but in the business world, people are expected to achieve goals.
