Re-recruiting Your Current Employees

Is re-recruiting your current employee’s part of your employee retention strategy? If not, it should be, according to Michael Jalbert, president of Management Recruiters International.

“Employers should be applying the strategies and tools of external recruiting to their current employees.”

Loyalty is a good trait to have but it is unrealistic to think that your employees will be loyal in such a competitive employment environment, there are just too many options available. It is safe to assume that your top employees are constantly targeted by other companies.
